Customers with a User Profile can log in at any time to view their bookings and orders.
This gives customers a simple way to check booking details, view order information and access relevant booking actions where they are available.
Customers can also open their bookings and orders directly from links in booking and order emails.
To view bookings from User Profile, the customer should:
The 'Your Bookings' section shows future bookings and key booking information, such as the booking date, time, booking name, booking status and the account the booking is with.
When a customer opens a booking, they can view more detailed information about that booking.

Where relevant, customers will also see actions for that booking, such as making a payment or accepting a pencilled in booking.
The actions shown depend on the booking status, booking workflow and account settings.
To view orders from User Profile, the customer should:
The orders list shows order-level information, such as the order date, order total, balance due where relevant, the bookings included in the order and the order reference.
When a customer opens an order, they can view the order details and the bookings included in that order.
This can include:
If the order contains more than one booking, each booking is shown separately within the order details.
Customers can also open an order from the order confirmation email.
To view an order from an email, the customer should:

Customers can open an individual booking from booking emails.

Bookings and orders contain personal information, so customers need to log in before viewing them in User Profile.
If a customer selects 'View your order' or 'View your booking' from an email and is not already logged in, they will be asked to log in before the order or booking details are shown.
